The WFA serial product is a superior abrasive material sourced from high-quality industrial alumina powder. It undergoes a meticulous manufacturing process involving melting the alumina powder in an electric tilting furnace at temperatures exceeding 2200℃. Following cooling, grinding, and several subsequent procedures, the final product is obtained. It possesses a white color and primarily consists of the crystalline phase α-Al2O3.
White fused alumina, renowned for its distinctive features, finds extensive application as a crucial ingredient in the manufacturing of abrasives, wear-resistant coatings, and sandblasting media across multiple industries.
1. It can be used for consolidation and coating abrasives, floor wear-resistant sand, ceramic roller professional sand, wet or dry blast sand.
2. It's suitable for super-precision grinding and polishing in the crystal and electronics industries.
3. It's suitable for processing hardened steel, alloy steel, high-speed steel, high carbon steel, and other materials with high hardness and high tensile strength.
4. It can also be used as contact media, insulators, and precision casting sand.

1. We provide low-sodium white fused alumina (Na2O<0.2%); micro-nano white fused alumina (Na2O<0.1%) and can be further reduced upon request.
2. This serial product possesses high cleanliness, strong adhesion, and high hardness, as well as a commanding cutting force. Additionally, the whiteness can be customized to meet individual customer requirements.
3. We can provide anti-static grit with high bulk density and high transparency, which exhibits a more rounded crystal shape compared to the similar product produced using a conventional ball mill.
4. There are diverse specifications that can be accommodated, and the bulk density can be customized based on the customer's requirements.
The Na2O of our common WFA is below 0.3%.
The Na2O of our low sodium WFA is below 0.2%.
The Na2O of our micro sodium WFA is below 0.1%.
The bulk density of F100 is between 1.57 and 1.68 g/m³, Bulk density can be found in the table above. If there are special high-density requirements, we can customize them.
All our melting furnaces are tilting with a diameter of 6.5 m.
Normally, we have F80, F90, F100, F120, F150, F180, F220, which are high bulk densities. Another spec can be customized.
Our annual output of WFA is 120,000 tons.
