WFA serial product is a high-grade abrasive raw material. It's made by melting high-quality industrial alumina powder in an electric tilting furnace at a high temperature above 2200℃. After cooling and grinding, as well as one process after another, the finished product is ready. The main crystalline phase of this product is α- Al2O3, and white in color.
It is also the main raw material for various corundum products such as corundum bricks, corundum and mullite corundum saggers, corundum porous plugs for refining, integral spray guns and composite nozzles, and high-temperature industrial furnace lining materials.
